Racial Issues

We understand all the issues that minorities face in not just Canada, but all around the world. We will do everything in our power to ensure there is an end to any discriminatory and hateful acts in Canada. As a part we want to ensure all communities are represented within our party. We are a party for the people, a party for equality of opportunity for all. All members of our party will fight for the rights and freedoms of all and will ensure the voices of the minorities are heard loud and clear and changes will come to make their lives better. We will not be implementing any affirmative action policies because we believe that all people no matter their race are capable of getting what they want by working hard in our system. We do realize that in the past this has been an issue with racial discrimination in hiring processes and in the workplace, but we will do everything in our power to ensure there is an end to that, through varying punishments for businesses found to be discriminating and possibly jail time for the hiring manager if it can be proven in court they were acting through discrimination. We as a government want to set every single individual in this country up for success through things such as free education to ensure every person has the same opportunities in life.
